Shared facilities upcoming year part of office concept.
From 2017 Winter Trust has taken over the management of STAAT! and with this they have acquired an office building on a first class sight location in the heart of the Netherlands. Currently Winter Trust is constructing a renovation plan for (parts of) the building. With this there will be shared facilities available for tenants such as a shared lobby, meeting rooms and a Grab & Go rooftopbar. Together with ONB Architects these first concepts have been translated into several concept designs giving an insight into the ambition for the building.
